Shipping Policy
The delivery location is the address provided by the consumer to the company. Subject to the provisions of Article 4 of these general terms and conditions, the company will fulfill accepted orders promptly, but no later than 10 days, unless a longer delivery period has been agreed upon. In case of cancellation under the preceding paragraph, feelingree.com will refund the amount paid by the consumer as quickly as possible, but no later than 30 days after cancellation. If delivery of an ordered product appears impossible, efforts will be made to provide a replacement item. At the time of delivery, it will be clearly and comprehensibly indicated that a replacement item is being delivered. For replacement items, the right of cancellation cannot be excluded. The costs of any return shipment are borne by feelingree.com.
The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with feelingree.com until the moment of delivery to the consumer or a pre-designated and announced representative of feelingree.com, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
